originally built in the 1960's, 145 ocean walk has recently undergone a two-year, ground up, renovation marking it as one of the truly spectacular ocean front homes in fire island’s pines. with direction, expertise and tremendous help from nick politis, the house now features an extensive array of over-the-top amenities and finishes almost unheard of in our community and I doubt to be found in another rental here in the pines.
